  My wife and I stopped in Art Van yesterday in search of two reclining chairs. In the past, my experience has typically been being rushed by sales staff upon walking through the door. Our shopping endeavor on this day was entirely different. Upon arrival, we were allowed to browse and felt like we had the whole store at our disposal without any pressure. Eventually we very kindly approached by an eager well informed sales associate who gladly addressed our needs and walked us gently through our purchase process, her name is Rachel! For the most part, I'm a tough sell , but this young lady has mastered her craft. She's a credit to the Art Van organization. Rachel , Keep doing what you are doing for continued success.
